What can I expect during the Candle Bar experience?
You will be creating a custom scented 9oz soy wax candle. When you arrive, you will check in with the staff member at the Candle Bar. You will pick out which vessel and lid you would like from a variety of colors. Next, you will have the opportunity to smell all the smells! We have 40+ premium fragrance oils for you to curate your own scent. Once you decide what scent you would like to do, the staff member will walk you through pouring your candle.
How long will it take?
Approximately 30-45 minutes depending on how long it takes for you to decide on your scent blend. We give you an hour time slot for wiggle room.
Where should I park?
There is plenty of free parking available across the street from Evimero Marketplace. There are also some spots available behind the store.
Can I take my candle home with me when I am finished?
Your candle will take 1 hour - 1.5 hours to harden. We ask that you come back to the Candle Bar to pick up your candle if possible to allow your candle to fully cure. Your candle will be in a bag labeled with your name in the Candle Bar area for pick up. **If you need to take your candle home with you after the booking, please tell the staff member when you arrive as we will make sure you have enough time to safely transport your candle with you.
What are Evimero Marketplace's hours for when I come back to pick up my candle?
Sun: Closed, M-W: 10am-4pm, Th: 10am-6pm, F/Sat: 10:30am-5pm
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Of course! Let us know in advance if your group needs a table set up for their snacks!

Age of Participants
All participants must be 12 years of age to participate in our Candle Bar. All participants under 18 years old must have an adult to sign a waiver and be present for the duration of the experience.
Punctuality
We are going to start promptly at the booking time to allow you all plenty of time to explore our scents and curate your custom candle. We understand things come up that may cause you to run late to your booking time. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, we ask that you please reschedule to allow you enough time for the entire experience. You can reschedule your booking time via your confirmation email. The entire experience takes about 45 minutes, but we give you an hour time slot for wiggle room.
Candle Pick Up
The candle you make will take approximately 1 hour-1 1/2 hours to harden and cure. We ask that you come back to the store to pick up your candle if possible. If this is not possible, please let the staff member know and we will plan accordingly (have you finish pouring with enough time for the candle to harden same day). Your candle will be in a bag with your name on it at the Candle Bar the next day after your booking time. You may come get it any time Evimero Marketplace is open to customers. We ask that you please pick up your candle within 1 week.
